I wasn’t raised in a culture that our body’s systems were a response to imbalances, tension, or unexplored conflicts. The challenges I experienced literally brought me to my knees. Through those painful events, I awakened to a journey that aligned with my inner being. Through these personal transformative experiences, I have gained a deep understanding of the mind-body connection and our interconnectedness. When these tools and resources awakened a knowing in me, I felt truly aligned with my purpose. The idea of DIA was born out of the passion to share my teachings and gifts with others.
Following my calling as a holistic coach and healer, I provide a supportive space for my clients to explore their inner world, identify blockages and imbalances, and work towards greater balance and harmony in all areas of their lives through different modalities.
