DELIVERY

Courier costs are calculated after the order is placed.

​

We use numerous platforms to sell our products which may imply that we are out of stock when your order is placed. You will be notified and can either have your order placed on back-order or alternatively notified when stock has arrived.

​

Delivery may take 5 – 7 working days.

​

The office is closed over weekends and public holidays.

​

Payments made after 12h00 will only be dispatched the next day.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We accept any returns for items purchased within 7 days from receipt of your purchase.

​

To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. *Broken seals on essential oils are not eligible for returns.

​

In rare cases, if the item has been damaged in transit, please take a photo of the damaged packing along with the time and date received. This can be emailed to info@diaholistichealing.co.za. An investigation will be opened with the service provider.

​

If you received an order in error, we will collect the returned order from you and dispatch the correct order at no cost to you.

​

If you wish to return an item that was not to your satisfaction, the courier arrangement and cost will be at your own cost. Return address is 11 Assegaai Street, Sabie, Mpumalanga, 1260.

​

No refunds are applicable on sale items.

​

Please ensure that any items returned are packaged appropriately to avoid damage.

A convenient payment link via Yoco will be sent to you. You can securely pay with your Debit / Credit Card, or make an Instant EFT payment.

They use 3D Secure authentication for all online payments — this means that you will receive a ‘One Time PIN’ from your bank as part of the payment process.
